IBM Security Summit was an exclusive event that brought together 350+ tech innovators and security experts for a night of hands-on learning and networking, headlined with a keynote by former IBM CEO Ginni Rometty.

We turned the challenge of dense marketing content, far-reaching business goals, and brand supervision into an immersive, educational experience from start to finish for the crowd of executive attendees.

Wayfinding
A color-coding system tied brand colors to marketing pillars, consistent throughout environmental graphics and digital engagements.


Security Assessment
Tablets with a simple questionaire app dotted tables throughout the event. The design was later adopted for desktop use.



Security Theater
Life-size security threat narratives played on an LED wall throughout the day. Graphic interface snippets along the top of the screen showed what was happening on the characters’ devices.



Client Case StudiesMonitors housed in black acrylic each played one of eight looping animations.
