IBM Security at RSA

Environmental Graphics, Marketing Materials, Wayfinding • 2019
At RSA, a major cybersecurity conference, IBM needed to draw attendees into their world of empowered security solutions.

A key visual of the brand, the ‘Security Aurora’ comes to life overhead, where a gradient of mesh panels turns IBM’s layers of protection into a dynamic attraction.

It took a diverse team to turn the evolving client inputs and budgetary constraints into a cohesive experience.

Every touchpoint was carefully considered. In the lounge area, custom pillows in brand colors match the overhead banner.

Choose your own adventure
Transparent touch screens overlay and interplay with 3D-printed scenes behind them to tell one of four security stories. Users click through a Q&A that plays out different security scenarios to learn about business risks and IBM’s solutions.
